Q: What shipping options are available?

Online orders will be shipped based on the customers choice at checkout. Not all items will ship to P.O. boxes, so please provide a physical address. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes, however the site may not calculate your shipping amount, or may default to a value larger than actual cost - joys of automation. Please message us for a shipping quote and we will promptly provide you with one.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, every day we do. However the website calculates the Protectorates (PR, GU, APO, HI, AK) as standard domestic packages whereas UPS/FedEx/USPS have different rates for those locations. Please contact us for a solid shipping quote before ordering as the automation of the website doesn't factor in all variables.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Many things can cause shipping delays - most of which are out of our control. We do our best to immediately process customers orders. Doing so efficiently however starts with the information entered by the customer. Before you submit your order please verify the correct address is entered. Once processed it is unlikely that we can change the address on your order (also per our policies we will only ship to the address associated with the payment for fraud reasons). The carriers we use are extremely reliable but when dealing with millions of packages a day, situations may arise - shipping damage, lost packages, incorrect delivery - if any of these situations happen please contact us immediately and we will do everything in our power to get it resolved as efficiently as possible. In addition, during the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.
